- Speak up, give feedback or make a complaint without worrying it will affect your care.
- Get support from an independent advocate if you would like someone to help you.

Independent Advocacy
If you would like help understanding your rights or speaking up about your care, free and independent advocacy is available. The Older Persons Advocacy Network (OPAN) provides confidential support for older people, their families and representatives.
