Residential aged care fees are set by the Australian Government and may vary depending on your financial circumstances, care needs and accommodation choice.

Not every resident will pay every fee. The fees that apply to you will depend on your individual circumstances. Before you move into Manor Court, we'll explain your fees clearly so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
The Basic Daily Fee is a government-set fee that contributes to everyday living expenses, including meals, cleaning, laundry, heating and cooling.

This fee applies to all residents and is reviewed by the Australian Government twice each year.

Boyd Area –
$400,000
Our most economical choice, perfect for residents seeking essential comforts and a caring environment at a more accessible price point.
Hunter Area (Shared Ensuite) – $435,000
These rooms offer a shared ensuite, combining affordability with comfort in a welcoming community setting.
Hunter Area –
up to $450,000
Comfortable rooms in a friendly and supportive area of the home. A great option for those wanting quality care and good value.
Comben Area –
$500,000
Spacious and well-appointed, the Comben Area rooms provide a homely atmosphere within a warm and social environment.
Garfield Area –
$550,000
Our premium rooms, offering a peaceful setting with modern features and close access to communal areas. Ideal for residents seeking added comfort and privacy.
Understanding Your Accommodation Costs
Accommodation costs vary depending on the room you choose and your individual financial circumstances.

If an accommodation payment applies, you can choose to pay by:

Means Tested Care Fee
Some residents may also be required to contribute towards the cost of their care through a Means Tested Care Fee. This fee is determined by Services Australia (Centrelink) based on an assessment of your income and assets.

Annual and lifetime caps apply to limit the amount you can be asked to contribute. If you are not required to pay a Means Tested Care Fee, the Australian Government contributes the full cost of your care.
