Our qualified team of Registered Nurses and Carers and Lifestyle Team work together to build an environment which improves loved ones social, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Dementia secure facilitate prevent wandering residents from leaving the facility whilst caring for residents with ongoing challenging behaviours.

Dementia is associated with a decline in memory, which may reduce a person’s ability to perform everyday activities. Making the decision to find alternative care for a loved one with dementia can be one of the most difficult decisions a caregiver will make. Be assured, Manor Court’s Registered Nurses, Carers and Lifestyle Team are all trained Dementia care and are, equipped with strategies to enhance quality of life.

It is also important to note that not all residents with dementia will require dementia secure care.
